El Tesoro Mundial Collection Añejo is a limited-edition release that explores the fusion of traditional tequila-making and innovative cask finishing. This expression is crafted from 100% blue weber agave, slow-cooked in brick ovens, crushed using a tahona stone, and double-distilled in copper pot stills.

What sets this release apart is its final aging process: after resting in American oak, the tequila is further aged for 12 months in barrels that previously held rye whiskey. These barrels impart unique layers of flavor while maintaining the integrity of El Tesoro’s agave-forward character.
