Wanting your favorite Wine or alcohol shipped to your doorstop? Or, maybe a family member is out of state and you’d like to surprise them with a nice bottle of champagne. Well you’re in luck! Shopping with retailers like Emilio’s Beverage Warehouse can make that very easy for you or your friends and family. Depending on the state you’re shipping to, many of your favorite wine, spirits and beer are readily available straight to your doorstep. Some states are restricted however. You can check the terms and services for all restricted states.
Shipping alcohol is as easy as shopping around anywhere else. Just like purchasing at a local liquor store, you have to be 21 and over to purchase alcohol and an adult signature is required at the time of delivery. With online purchasing the benefits are endless. Rather it’s a rare item you’ve been looking for or a close friend is having a promotion, our staff at Emilio’s Beverage Warehouse will make sure your selections will be professionally packed and shipped out in a timely matter.

All orders that you request to be shipped will be sent via FedEx using their special ID verification policy for alcoholic products. They will require Proof of Age ID by an adult of legal drinking age upon delivery.
All shipping costs are estimated. Actual costs will be confirmed with you when your order is placed. Shipping insurance is included via FedEx on all orders. This covers breakage and loss during transport. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us prior to placing your order.
In the case of breakage, visual photographic proof of the product along with all damaged shipping materials will be required for acceptance. In the case of loss, non-delivery verification will be required. Replacement product(s) will be shipped following receipt of satisfactory verification of the issue.
All wines are stored in our climate-controlled warehouse, but once they leave our facility we can no longer protect them from weather-related damage. Emilio’s Beverage Warehouse Inc.is not responsible for any wines that are damaged by excessive heat or cold during the shipping process.
All customers are required to prove that they are at least 21 years old at the time they place their first order. All wines and spirits that are shipped on your behalf must be received and signed for by an adult of legal drinking age.
California State law prohibits the return of any alcoholic beverages once they have been delivered or received. Cancellations are allowed up to the time of shipping or if delivery is refused or the receiver fails to show proper ID proving they are 21 of age or older.
All cancelled or non-delivered orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will only be issued once the products have been returned to Emilio’s Beverage Warehouse.
Should a product be found defective, please contact Emilio’s Beverage Warehouse Inc. with 48 hours and a review will be initiated. Emilio’s Beverage Warehouse reserves the right to accept or decline a product due to defects based on industry standard practices as allowed by California state laws.
