Produced at NOM 1599 in the highlands of San Pedro de los Landeros, Jalisco, this small-batch, additive-free anejo reflects the meticulous hand of a master distiller who understands restraint. Shorter aging means the cooked agave character of the blanco underneath remains vivid, layered only with the warmth oak and time naturally provide.
