Avelino Vegas Rose

The company was founded in 1950 by Avelino Vegas in  Santiuste  de  San Juan Bautista, province of Segovia. He started producing wines with grapes from vineyards in the area, especially Verdejo.  The creation of   the   Rueda   Appellation   in   1982   was   the   final   push   for   the recognition of the quality white wines of the firm. The family Vegas signed an exclusive project with the Spanish photographer Miguel Vallinas in which he played the protagonists of the animal world with the new wine blends of the winery.

• Blend: Prieto Picudo 60% - Tempranillo 40%
• Tasting Notes: Beautiful pale pink colour, salmon-like, clean and bright. Aromas of great intensity, highlighting the memories of red fruits, such as raspberries, wild strawberries and a background of white fruits. The palate is fresh, wide very pleasant, fruity and with a long and pleasant finish.
