The alcohol leads at 54.4%, and behind it oak, caramel, prune and butterscotch. Chocolate, butter, cinnamon and black pepper

Palate

The biggest body and the most warmth of any cask here. At 54.4% the strength is the first thing you meet and the last thing to leave, with caramel, prune and butterscotch through the middle and chocolate behind. The cooked agave survives all of it, which is the point of the barrel. The finish is long, dry and spiced, and it does not hurry
