Balvenie French Oak Finished In Pineau Casks a golden single malt with a rich honey color and fruity, spicy, floral notes. The Balvenie flavors are complemented by the attractive Riesling character of the French pineau wine casks.

The Balvenie French Oak is a vibrant single malt finished in casks previously held Pineau des Charentes, a fortified wine made from unfermented grape juice, to which a Cognac eau-de-vie is added and then matured. This allows us to capitalize on the rise of this flavor profile and its premium credentials.
